1^st Shift Thursday – Sunday 6:00am – 4:00pm
2^nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 1:30am
2^nd Shift Tuesday – Friday 3:30pm – 1:30am

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the medical device industry. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in CNC programming and operation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of working in a regulated environment.
