  • Only candidates from the surrounding area within reasonable commute distance will be considered.  This position is an on-site position with the possibility of hybrid remote work after six months.

What you will be responsible for: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for full programmatic performance of assigned projects through direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion through the project life cycle, according to strict deadlines and within budget.  This role includes coordinating internal resources spanning across multiple departments and disciplines and third parties/vendors, managing project scopes and timelines, and ensuring consistent and effective communication with stakeholders such as functional leaders in Engineering, the integrated Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, Sales, and Executive Leadership. The PM ensures projects meet business objectives and deliver value while aligning with organizational goals and standards. 

Educational / Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university.

Minimum of 3 years of direct project management experience, or 5 years of experience in a professional environment with responsibilities that demonstrate transferable project management skills, such as coordination, planning, process improvement, stakeholder communication, or cross-functional collaboration.

  • PM certification
  • MS Office applications, Smartsheet, Netlink, AS/400 Mapics
  • The ability to travel both domestically and internationally when necessary.
  • Be a self-starter.
How you will contribute:
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, and timelines by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and associated documents and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track and effectively report on project performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in clear concise fashion
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure projects comply with internal governance, PMO standards, and industry best practices
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
